2. If you have a laptop, it’s typically not a good idea to open it up like it is with a desktop, but we still clean it. We clean all vents and the keyboard of all that built up dirt and grime.

5. Just like with the inspection of the running processes we also check to see what programs startup when your computer boots. Here you can find spyware and viruses, but you can also find legitimate programs that are always running at idle in the background of your computer. This can be a huge system resource drain that causes slow starts and lagging computer performance.
